Yogurt and Yoga...They Do A Body Good...

Postby J. Tania on Thu Apr 17, 2008 9:30 am

Hi ladies:

A couple of my newer articles focus on non-makeup issues. I just don't want to be a site that focuses on makeup product reviews. I try to have a variety.

So for beauty on the inside, check out my article on the Yoga Shoulder Stand....It actually helps you maintain your weight. It has to do with the thyroid. I stand or rather invert myself, ha ha, in that yoga pose once a day for 2 minutes. Don't laugh...it's a hard position to stay in.

And how about eating yogurt? I wrote an article on its benefits, especially for a healthy mouth. I had no clue on this one.

I haven't tried that Yoga thing in a very long time. I like what it does, though. Also noticed the blue nail polish segment. Two years ago, it was like blue disappeared off the landscape. Couldn't find a pair of blue shoes anywhere. Glad to see it back (in some form!)

Cindy K:

Yes, that yoga position really works. I swear I have been over-indulging in snacks, and for the past 4 months, I have maintained my weight. Have not gone up a pound. It's a relaxing position, once I got used to it.

As far as the navy blue nail polish, I think it's attractive. And I love navy clothing and the nautical look. At the moment, my nails are bare, and have been that way for weeks and weeks. I chip them so much, I gave up for a while. Sometimes I just wear a clear coat.
