Sex & the City Movie on DVD

Postby CindyK on Mon Sep 01, 2008 7:54 am

Just checked Amazon and S&TC the Movie arrives on 9/23. My question is for those who have seen it - would you buy it to watch again or is it better to just rent it?

I don't want to go see it - just want to stay at home and watch.

Well, I went ahead and pre-ordered. Got the Director's cut version that includes extra minutes, pus a 2nd disk with the entire movie in digital format. Also interviews. Don't know if I'll wait and watch it with a friend or enjoy by myself. Certainly won't make my husband sit through it.

My Director's Cut S&TC version arrived on Monday. I haven't watched it, yet. Since I've waited this long, might as well find the right time (with the right food) and enjoy all the way through.

There is a second "digital" version on this 2-disc set, but you have to download a "key" and the transaction has to be while the 2nd disk is in a DVD slot. The package/ads/Amazon don't tell you that. Just an FYI.
