I love most books, but I love mystery novels, so sometimes it does not matter who the author is as long as the book is interesting.

I am a long time fan of John Grisham and James Patterson. These days I also like Nora Roberts writing as J.D. Robb. Her "In Death" series is fascinating to me. There is a lot going on in that lady's head. It used to puzzle me that she can write with two totally different personalities. But every once in a while, I catch a phrase or something one of the "In Death" character does, that is pure Nora. However, Eve is very much her own person, I have not seen traces of her anywhere in any of Nora's other novels.
