There is More to Coupons Than Clipping

Clipping coupons is always good, as long you you remember to take them with you when you go shopping.

If you have found a product that you really like, tell the mfg. I often do. I recently added a comment to the Amy's Organic Foods site. The next day I received request for my name and address so they could send a few coupons to me. I counted the $$ amount of the coupons and it is 5 or 6 dollars. I plan to use them next month.

You may also get coupons if you report a negative, although if you say I hate this peanut butter, getting a bunch of coupons for the peanut butter can't be a good thing. My complaint was the "use by" date. Although it was not the mfg's fault I called anyway, mostly because I was really annoyed. I guess I was doing more tattling about the store :x than complaining about the product. At any rate, I did receive coupons.
