As you get older, you may find that your skin gets drier and flakier :( an inexpensive way to have youthful skin all over is to use corn meal as a scrubber and skin smoother.

After taking your shower, and while your skin is still wet, pour corn meal on your damp washcloth and give yourself a good all-over body rub. Once done, shower off in cool water and pat your skin dry. :wink: Use your regular body moisterizer to complete your skin-care.

I do this when I can look down at my legs and see dry spots after showering. I also use this on my face, with gentle cleansing, but it is not recommended for everyone.
