Good Cooking From Cans and Mixes

Almost everyone uses canned veggies and mixes. If they are not used everyday, they are probably used once in a While.

BBQ'd Pork Chops with Creamed Corn

You can make bbq'd pork chops look spectacular by using canned creamed corn. Heat the corn and put a couple of tablespoon on each plate. Use the back of the spoon to spread it out and place a chop in the center. Add fresh steamed spinach to complete the meal.

Corn muffins go well with this.
